    Wrong size.
    The product should have had the exact size for the AirPods, the lid it’s too big for the case and doesn’t fit properly.

    The top lid of the case may feel loose due to the unique shape and curves of the AirPods Gen 4. To address this, we have included two anti-slip stickers in the packaging, which can help resolve the issue. If you missed or have already discarded the stickers, two small pieces of Blu Tack can also be used as an effective alternative.
