As per our conversation, the product mentioned above was delivered on January 22nd, 2024, according to the USPS tracking system. Your claim for a refund/exchange due to damage was made on March 14th, 2024, through our instant messaging system. The product has been in use for close to one and a half months with no concerns raised upon receipt nor throughout the period of usage.
You have claimed that the top lid was loose and didn't fit, but you never raised any concerns within this 1.5-month period of use until the case broke. After our initial conversations, you also disclosed to us that the damage was sustained from a fall, which may have caused the case to break.
