Production Resumes Normal

Our production schedule have resumed normal after the Lunar New Year break. Our team will prioritise all orders placed between 30th Jan 2021 to 18th Feb 2021. The expected manufacturing time remains at 2 weeks. We thank you for your patience.

Chinese New Years Holiday Production Arrangement 

Our production schedule will be adjusted to the following during the Lunar New Years Holiday. Production will be postponed starting from 1st Feb 2021 until 18th Feb 2021. Our final production scheduled before the holiday will be 30th Jan 2021and the order deadline will be on 29th Jan 2021. Any orders placed on or after 30th Jan 2021 will be manufactured on 19th Feb 2021. Sorry for the inconvenience

With the continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, SF Express shipments in residential areas might face potential delay. Customers might consider to use their service at any of the SF Service Points or door-to-door service in commercial/ industrial areas.

香港郵政服務安排

- 位於疫情較嚴峻的黃大仙區郵政局將會暫停服務，包括彩虹邨郵政局、竹園郵政局、富山郵政局、樂富郵政局、牛池灣郵政局、慈雲山郵政局及黃大仙郵政局；

- 其餘全線郵政局於星期一、三、五維持正常開門時間，但會提早於下午四時關閉；

- 郵件派遞（包括特快專遞）服務及郵箱收信服務將隔天提供；黃大仙區（包括黃大仙、樂富、天馬、慈雲山、彩虹、彩雲、鑽石山、新蒲崗、牛池灣、竹園及斧山）及過去14天內曾有確診個案居住過的住宅大廈的上門派遞服務將會暫停。

Hong Kong Post Service Update

- Post offices situated in Wong Tai Sin District where the epidemic remains relatively severe will be suspended from service. It includes Choi Hung Chuen Post Office, Chuk Yuen Post Office, Fu Shan Post Office, Lok Fu Post Office, Ngau Chi Wan Post Office, Tsz Wan Shan Post Office and Wong Tai Sin Post Office;

- All other post offices will maintain their normal opening hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but their closing hours will be advanced to 4pm. Mobile post office services will be suspended from service;

- Mail delivery services (including that for Speedpost items) and posting box collection will be provided on alternate days; door delivery services will be suspended for Wong Tai Sin District (including Wong Tai Sin, Lok Fu, Tin Ma, Tsz Wan Shan, Choi Hung, Choi Wan, Diamond Hill, San Po Kong, Ngau Chi Wan, Chuk Yuen and Hammer Hill) as well as those residential buildings with confirmed cases within the past 14 days.
